Dealer Checklist *
1) First things first; If you haven't done so yet, each dealer exhibiting at our show must digitally sign a contract located HERE.
2) Please make sure to note your invoice. A deposit is required to reserve a booth and can be paid using a credit or debit card, ACH, paypal, or venmo. If you'd like to pay via Wire or Wise, please reach out before doing so.
Important: All invoices and add ons like wifi and track lighting for the show must be paid in full by October 3rd, 2025. We try to be as flexible as we can and we rely on prompt payment since we keep show fees as low as possible and we rely on your show fees to promote and pay staff. Please note that a $750 late fee will be added to invoices that are paid after October 3rd. An additional $500 will be added for invoices unpaid by November 3rd.
3) Forms to order showcases and safes can be located below. We partner with Atlantic Showcase and The Safe Man to provide excellent showcases and safes to fit your needs. Please download the forms below and submit them directly to each vendor. Their email and contact information is on each sheet. Please keep in mind that payments aren’t due until October. Our suggestion would be to turn in your forms ASAP and arrange payment in the autumn closer to the show date.

4) Please submit this KIL Promotions Form along with payment no later than September 19th, 2025. We use it to get a list of each dealer participating so we can create proper signage and add everyone to the show booklet. It also allows you to add helper badges, obtain track lighting, wifi and more. The link to the form is HERE. All staff and helpers must be added ahead of time so that we can create badges.
As a reminder, please note that we do not allow dealers to get other dealers in early to shop by adding their name to obtain a badge. This is a violation of our terms. If a dealer would like a pass to get into the show to shop early, they can reach out to us directly to apply. All badge holders must be actively engaged in selling or working in the booth.
5) Promotion! We noticed that most dealers who spent time inviting their clients, arranging private appointments, and doing social media work did noticeably better than others. While we go to great lengths to bring people in, it is equally important for exhibitors to meet us half way to ensure an increasingly successful show. We have a lot of tips and services to aid in promotion. Please check out the page entitled “How to Promote” in the top header.
6) Ticket Link. The general ticket link for the show is here. Dealers are allowed to "COMPT" as many people as they'd like and the codes to obtain free tickets are above in the header. We urge you to share the code in email blasts montly especially leading up to the show. It can also be shared in Instagram stories, on posts, ads, etc. If you need any help troubleshooting this, please contact us!
7) Postcards & Posters. We generate and direct mail thousands of postcards each show to the diamond district and also to zip codes in Brooklyn and Manhattan. We are also able to create custom ones if you'd like to order them for a nomial fee. They are great for including in you online orders or to display in your shop.
