Konstantinos of KIL Promotions here. Wow. I’m just speechless at how much we’ve grown each show to the point where we are now taking the whole pavilion and offering our clients and friends so many new opportunities to shop and spend. Before anything else, I want to thank all of you for trusting me and my team to bring this vision to life. We do almost everything in-house, and although it probably adds further stress, we simply wouldn’t do it any other way. This show is our baby, and we are committed to creating as many opportunities as possible for the jewelry community. The only way forward is up.

Load-in Schedule - DEALERS:

Date: Wednesday, November 18th, 2026

Time: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Extra Setup Time: Thursday, November 19th, 2026, 8:00AM to 3PM (Before Early Buying Begins)

Location: Metropolitan Pavilion

If you require use of the loading dock, please let us know as soon as possible, as we must inform the pavilion beforehand.

We ask that everyone arrive no earlier than this time. There is limited room, as we are setting up in the main entrance and require space to get everything sorted and ready. The specified entry time is for a few reasons: We have union labor setting up our pipe and drape. Because of this, we need as much time as possible to get all of the booths set up and ready to go. Additionally, the fire department needs to make sure we are completely in compliance before dealers are allowed on the show floor. Additionally, please consider joining our WhatsApp group so you not only get notified when we are ready, but it also makes it easier to stay in contact.

Malca-Amit Deliveries:

For dealers using Malca-Amit, please be advised that all deliveries will take place exclusively between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 18. While you are not required to arrive when dealer setup opens at 9:00 AM, please ensure you arrive within the scheduled time frame to receive your shipment. Thank you for your cooperation!

Instructions:

  1. Upon arrival, please check in at the Registration Desk with our dedicated staff. This is where we will distribute badges. We will have them all pre-printed to expedite the check-in process. Please note that you will not be permitted to load in until you have your badge in hand. Badges must be worn at all times and visible to security personnel in order to be granted access to the show floor.

  2. Unloading zones will be clearly marked for your convenience. Please follow the signage to your designated booth.

  3. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please have all necessary paperwork ready, including your government-issued ID. Your entire team will need to have their government-issued IDs on hand at all times for security purposes. When you enter the venue during setup, you will be required to have your badge and ID checked by security. Otherwise, you may not be able to get in. There are also a few dealers with small outstanding balances that will need to take care of them upon check-in. We will have the ability to accept cash and cards.

  4. Our team will be on hand to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during the load-in process.

  5. Please do not arrive before 9am, as there will be heavy machinery and lots of movement on the venue floor. We don’t want anyone tripping over a safe and getting hurt!

  6. You will have until 9pm to set up that day, as well as a few hours before Early Buying opens on 11/19. The Metropolitan Pavilion is very strict about us staying past the contracted time, and we incur extra fees if we do so, which will be passed onto dealers who stay beyond the designated time.

Badge Policy Reminder:

It is mandatory for all individuals to wear their badges at all times within the venue. Please be advised that a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the replacement of a lost badge. We kindly request all attendees to exercise caution when displaying their badges outside the premises, as it may attract unwanted attention and increase the risk of theft. We suggest keeping your badge concealed when not inside the building.

Please note that dealers are allowed a maximum of 5 badges per booth. Any extra badges will be provided at a fee of $50 per badge.

As a friendly reminder, dealer badges are intended for exhibitor access and may not be used to admit dealer friends or guests for complimentary shopping. All guests wishing to shop the show must have their own valid admission ticket. If you have friends in the trade interested in shopping before Early Buying or being a Runner, please have them reach out to either me or Krystelle. A Pre-Early Buying pass is $750, and they must be vouched for by at least two dealers. Runners' Passes are $2000 and must be preapproved by either myself or Krystelle.

Booth Signage Replacement Fee:

Please ensure that you have provided us the correct information for your booth signage. Company names are printed as submitted on the KIL P Order Form. There will be a $75 fee for any replacement signs made on the day of the show.

Additionally, many of you have reached out with concerns about security. This is a completely valid concern; our show will be guarded 24/7, including at night after the dealers leave. We’ve increased security for this show, and past exhibitors have commented on how amazing and vigilant the security company is.

  • Thursday, 11/19 3:00pm - 7:00pm - Early Buying/Trade Day
    We’ve introduced a new Early Buying Day for members of the trade as well as retail clients and press.

  • Friday, 11/20 11:00am to 6:00pm - General Admission

  • Saturday, 11/21 11:00am to 6:00pm - General Admission

  • Sunday, 11/22 11:00am-4:00pm - General Admission

Please note that you may access the venue as early as 8am from Thursday-Sunday to set up.

Dealer Assistants:

Our KIL Promotions staff are an essential part of our event experience. They provide additional security measures and offer assistance ranging from fetching food to watching over your booth when needed. Identified by their STAFF badges, they are here to support you, your clients, and to serve as a direct contact with upper management. These assistants are in addition to our uniform and plain clothes security.

Should any concerns arise, whether it be suspected theft, suspicious behavior, or any disruptions, please do not hesitate to notify our staff immediately. Your safety and peace of mind are our number one priority.

Promotion:

We are anticipating a turnout just as great as in the spring! As you know, many people come and sign up for tickets the day of the show. Please keep posting on IG, send out a blast via your mailing lists, and more. You can find the show poster at the end of this email!

Spring JAOS Announcement:

Our Spring Show is April 1-5, 2027. If you are planning to join us, please let us know so we can reserve your booth. Payments are not due until days after the show. There is also still availability at our inaugural Fort Lauderdale JAOS, if you’re interested in joining us please let us know!
