Konstantinos of KIL Promotions here. Wow. I’m just speechless at how much we’ve grown each show to the point where we are now taking the whole pavilion and offering our clients and friends so many new opportunities to shop and spend. Before anything else, I want to thank all of you for trusting me and my team to bring this vision to life. We do almost everything in house, and although it probably adds further stress we simply wouldn’t do it any other way. This show is our baby and we are committed to creating as many opportunities as possible for the jewelry community. The only way forward is up.
Load-in Schedule - DEALERS:
Date: Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026
Time: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Extra Setup Time: Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, 8:00AM to 2PM (Before Early Buying Begins)
Location: Metropolitan Pavilion

We ask that everyone arrive no earlier than this time. There is limited room, as we are setting up in the main entrance and require space to get everything sorted and ready. The late entry time is for a few reasons: We have union labor setting up our pipe and drape. Because of this, we need as much time as possible to get all of the booths set up and ready to go. Additionally, the fire department needs to sign off this time around to make sure we are completely in compliance. Additionally, please consider joining our WhatsApp group so you not only get notified when we are ready, but it also makes it easier to stay in contact. The link to join is here.
Instructions:
Upon arrival, please check in at the Registration Desk with our dedicated staff. This is where we will distribute badges. We will have them all pre-printed to expedite the check-in process. Please note that you will not be permitted to load in through 19th Street until you have your badge in hand.
Unloading zones will be clearly marked for your convenience. Please follow the signage to your designated booth.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please have all necessary paperwork ready, including your government-issued ID. Your entire team will need to have their government-issued IDs on hand at all times for security purposes. When you enter the venue during setup, you will be required to have your badge and ID checked by security. Otherwise, you may not be able to get in. There are also a few dealers with small outstanding balances that will need to take care of them upon check-in. We will have the ability to accept cash and cards.
Our team will be on hand to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during the load-in process.
Please do not arrive before 4pm, as there will be heavy machinery and lots of movement on the venue floor. We don’t want anyone tripping over a safe and getting hurt!
You must arrive no earlier than 4pm and no later than 7pm to begin your setup. You will have until midnight to set up that day, as well as a few hours before Early Buying opens on 4/23. The Metropolitan Pavilion is very strict about us staying past the contracted time, and we incur extra fees if we do that will be passed onto dealers who stay beyond the designated time.
Badge Policy Reminder
It is mandatory for all individuals to wear their badges at all times within the venue. Please be advised that a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the replacement of a lost badge. We kindly request all attendees to exercise caution when displaying their badges outside the premises, as it may attract unwanted attention and increase the risk of theft. We suggest keeping your badge concealed when not inside the building.
Additionally, many of you have reached out with concerns about security. This is a completely valid concern; our show will be guarded 24/7, including at night after the dealers leave. We’ve even upped security for this show, and past exhibitors have commented on how amazing and vigilant the security company is.

Sunday, 4/26 10:00am-4:00pm - General Admission
Please note that you may access the venue as early as 8am from Thursday-Sunday to set up.
Dealer Assistants:
Our KIL Promotions staff are an essential part of our event experience. They provide additional security measures and offer assistance ranging from fetching food to watching over your booth when needed. Identified by their STAFF badges, they are here to support you, your clients, and to serve as a direct contact with upper management. These assistants are in addition to our uniform and plain clothes security.
Should any concerns arise, whether it be suspected theft, suspicious behavior, or any disruptions, please do not hesitate to notify our dealer assistants immediately. Your safety and peace of mind are our number one priority.

Promotion:
As of right now, we’ve sold as many tickets as we did in autumn, and that number is guaranteed to change over the coming days. Several people come and sign up for tickets the day of the show. Please keep posting on IG, send out a blast via your mailing lists, and more.
Autumn JAOS Announcement:
Our Autumn Show is November 19-22. If you are planning to join us, please let us know so we can reserve your booth. Payments are not due until days after the show. We are also still accepting a few more applications for our upcoming Aspen and Newport shows in July. If you’d like more information, please message us.
