Hi there!
Konstantinos of KIL Promotions here. Wow. This is the biggest show we’ve had yet. I’m just speechless at how we’ve grown each show to the point where we are now taking the whole pavilion and offering our clients and friends so many new opportunities to shop and spend. Before anything else, I want to thank all of you for trusting me and my team to bring this vision to life. We do almost everything in house (as I type this, Darren our in house designer is putting the last touches on our new show pamphlets) and although it probably adds further stress we simply wouldn’t do it any other way. This show is our baby and we are committed to creating as many opportunities as possible for the jewelry community. The only way forward is up.
I am so excited as this show is the second anniversary of NYCJAOS. In November 2023 we debuted this show only attracting 35 booths. I think everyone including myself considered this a bit of a pipe dream but after a successful show with around 1,800 guests, word quickly spread about the success of the show and in April 2024, we quickly sold out booths while also bringing in about 4000 guests. Now in November 2023, two years after it's debut, we are sold out of booths with potentially record attendance and it's really all thanks to all of you. I've said this time and time again; this show would be nothing without all of you. Yes, we created the show. Yes we bust our butts to put it all together but a show is nothing without the exhibitors that come and be part of it. We want to thank all of you for your trust, kindness, and we are looking to make this show one for the books!
Load-in Schedule - DEALERS:
Date: November 20th, 2025
Time: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM on 11/20 & 8:00AM to 11AM on Friday 11/21

We ask that everyone arrives no earlier than this time. There is limited room as we are setting up in the main entrance and require space to get everything sorted and ready. The late entry time is for a few reasons; the venue is not letting cases and safes enter until 9am. Because of this change, we need as much time as possible to get all of the booths set up and ready to go. Additionally the fire department needs to sign off this time around to make sure we are completely in compliance.
We know that several of you haven't done our shows before. Historically we try to get set up and load in done on the same day to alleviate costs for dealers. In 2026, we will reevaluate this as a few of you have been concerned about getting into the venue in the afternoon.

Instructions:
Upon arrival, please check in at the South Entrance on 125 West 18th street with our dedicated staff. This is where we will distribute badges. We will have them all pre printed to make the check in process expedited. Please note that you will not be permitted to load in thru 19th Street until you have your badge in hand.
Unloading zones will be clearly marked for your convenience. Please follow the signage to your designated booth.
To ensure a smooth check in process, please have all necessary paperwork ready, including your government issued ID. Your entire team will need to have their government issued IDs on hand at all times for security purposes. When you enter the venue during set up, you will be required to have your badge and ID checked by security. Otherwise you may not be able to get in. There are also a few dealers with small outstanding balances that will need to take care of them upon check in. We will have the ability to accept cash and cards
Our team will be on hand to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during the load-in process.
If you can, please do not arrive before 3pm, as there will be heavy machinery and lots of movement on the venue floor. We don’t want anybody tripping over a safe and getting hurt!
Badge Policy Reminder
It is mandatory that all individuals wear their badges at all times within the venue. Please be advised that a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the replacement of a lost badge. We kindly request all attendees to exercise caution when displaying their badges outside the premises, as it may attract unwanted attention and increase the risk of theft. We suggest keeping your badge concealed when not inside the building.
Additionally, many of you have reached out with concerns about security. This is a completely valid concern; our show will be guarded 24/7 including at night after the dealers leave. We’ve even upped security for this show and past exhibitors have commented on how amazing and vigilant the security company is.
Show Hours:
Friday, 11:00am - 01:00pm - VIP Preview Party
01:00pm - 6:00pm General Admission
The VIP Preview Party is a 2 hour preview party for your VIP clients and press. As of this email going out, we are sold out of VIP tickets. This will be a great chance to meet with clients 1 on 1 and get some good sales in before general admission begins to line up. We are selling 50-100 extra badges at the door depending on occupancy and if there is someone who hasn't shown up.
Saturday, 11:00am to 6:00pm - General Admission
Sunday, 11:00am to 4:00pm - General Admission
Please note that you may access the venue as early as 8am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for set up.
Dealer Assistants:
Our KIL Promotions staff are an essential part of our event experience. They provide additional security measures and offer assistance ranging from fetching food to watching over your booth when needed. Identified by their STAFF badges, they are here to support you, your clients, and to serve as a direct contact with upper management. These assistants are in addition to our uniform and plain clothes security.
Should any concerns arise, whether it be suspected theft, suspicious behavior, or any disruptions, please do not hesitate to notify our dealer assistants immediately. Your safety and peace of mind are our number one priority.

Promotion;
several people come and sign up for tickets the day of the show. Please keep posting on IG, send out a blast via your mailing lists, and more. The dealers who promote ALWAYS do better on average than others. Nowadays clients like to be invited and it's always good to get the word out as much as possible. Winter JAOS Announcement;
We are in the process of a huge expansion and working on several new show offerings. The next is our first ever Winter JAOS January 22-25th. Since OMBAS appears to be permanently moved to March. In 2027, we plan to relocate this show to Florida in a very expanded way which is very exciting for us. More details to come.
For now, we are accepting a very limited amount of dealers for this show. It is first come first serve and about half the size of normal JAOS. We will be focused on bringing in more trade and retail to shop and we expect another very well trafficked event. If you'd like to join, please let us know ASAP. We are more than half full.
